  3. sat shri akaal bhaji, sir, mujhe disc l4 l5 mein gap hai , exercise a bhoot shonk hai , but abhi kewal pushup hi laga raha hun kya mein achi body bana sakta hun or meri problem theek ho sakti hai , pl advise me for diet and excercise . and also make a video for people, who suffer from such condition.

  5. Sir main work out karta hun lekin meri strength bahot kam hai main 5.11 ka hun sab thik rehti hai but jab workout karna start karta hun to jyada der tak nhi tik pata pata nhi problem kya horahi hai

    You need to consume good fats about 75% in your diet and 25% proteins and rest of carbos . More good fats ie PUFA's will build your testosterone and will keep you young and muscular . Eat whole eggs , butter , peanut butter etc. Protein , protein and too much protien wil only make your pee and shit expensive.😂 We need protein but not that much
