1:20 TIP #3 – Benefits of looking better without weighting more is that you are a lot more functional. To be honest, looking good, and being attractive to girls has nothing to do with how heavy you are. It has nothing to do with how much you can lift or how many reps you can do.

It’s all about how you look.

1:59 TIP #4 – The biggest illusion: One huge factor is shoulder development. And front to back thickness.

3:00 TIP #5 – Don’t develop the wrong muscle. By doing so, you can actually make your body look worst. For example doing too much squats or dead lifts can actually make your waist look thicker and possibly FATTER.

5:06 TIP #6 – Looking leaner will make you look bigger. The definition of your muscles will create the illusion of muscularity whereas fat just all blend together. You also become more vascular making you look a lot more ripped.

  1. But guys! You do need to train your legs so it matches your upper half…you don’t want to walk around like a crab do you? And besides you’ll need big strong legs to carry all that weight from your upper half. Just saying…
